50% deposit required at time of booking - this fee is NON REFUNDABLE.
Maximum number of overnight guests: 8 people. Any additional overnight guests will be
charged $50 per night.
A $100 cleaning deposit will be collected at the beginning of your stay, which will be
returned after a satisfactory inspection by your host.

Cash, Visa, Mastercard
In the event of cancellation, visitors must give at least 7 days notice. A cancellation
number will be given at this time.
Failure to honour reservations and confirm a cancellation number, will result in the
customer's responsibility for all applicable charges.
